An Anniversary Experience With Purpose
In Our United Era: Celebrating 95 Years of Impact is an immersive anniversary experience designed to deepen understanding of the realities facing ALICE® households. ALICE stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. These are people who are working, contributing and striving to get ahead, yet still struggle to afford the basics.
Guests will:
- Take part in the ALICE Impossible Choices simulation
- Engage directly with nonprofit leaders creating change in our communities
- Hear from residents whose lives have been transformed through community investment
- Explore how we can work together to expand economic mobility across Greater Charlotte
