Women United of Greater Charlotte is a community of passionate women who believe that lasting change happens when we come together.
As a member, you’ll join a network of leaders, philanthropists, volunteers, and advocates who are committed to creating greater opportunity for individuals and families across Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, and Anson counties. Together, we invest our time, talents, and resources to help strengthen our community and expand pathways to economic mobility.

Inspire, enable, and motivate women to become agents of change in the Charlotte region through philanthropy, leadership, volunteerism, and mentoring. Engage the power, wisdom and generosity of these women to create a stronger community for today and future generations.

Membership Commitment
Membership begins with an annual Leadership Giving commitment of $1,000 or more to United Way of Greater Charlotte.
Your gift may be made as a one-time contribution or through convenient monthly payroll deduction or recurring payments. Flexible giving options, including our Step-Up Giving Program for emerging leaders, help make membership accessible for women at different stages of their philanthropic journey.
