3 Reasons to Join the LINC and Young Leaders Cornhole Tournament

Think you’ve got what it takes to win it all?

Philanthropy, food and competition take centerstage as United Way of Central Carolinas’ LINC and Young Leaders groups unite on Saturday, September 8 for a Cornhole Tournament.

Here are three reasons you should book your calendar with this not-to-be-missed event:

1 – The collaborative cause

LINC and Young Leaders, two United Way engagement groups comprised of young professionals, are collaborating to make the Cornhole Tournament their first joint philanthropic endeavor.

TIAA is sponsoring the event coordinated by Bar Athletes that will be held at Rooftop 210, with proceeds benefiting United Way and staying in the community to make a real difference in the lives of people living right here.

2 – The perks of a ticket

Whether purchasing a team ticket to participate or an individual ticket to spectate, attendees will enjoy an afternoon of cornhole along with music, food, drinks, raffles and prizes.

All giveaways are local to the Charlotte region and include experiences like concert tickets, hotel stays, brewery packages and restaurant vouchers.

3 – The fun beyond cornhole

The fun doesn’t stop with cornhole. Come watch your favorite college football players onscreen thanks to the ACC, who has teamed up with us to make this event an official ACC football viewing party.

And following the Cornhole Tournament, hang around the Epicentre for the official afterparty at Whisky River.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of this unique event. Practice those beanbag throws and register now for the LINC and Young Leaders Cornhole Tournament on September 8.
