United Way invests $26.4 million into region

United Way of Central Carolinas (UWCC) announced on June 6 that it is investing $26.4 million in communities in the Charlotte area, supporting more than 100 programs and initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods, boost economic mobility and providing a safety net for people in need.
